George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film- The Rochester, New York museum has more than 200,000 yearly visitors. Visitors may see a permanent exhibition of the city’s rich history as one center for photography in this country through various exhibits. This museum was also designated a National Historic Landmark by the United States Department of Interior. It was created to mark “invention, innovation, and creativity.” Their worldwide collection contains more than 3 million items, including fine art, motion pictures, and other collectibles.

Greece Historical Society Museum is in Greece, New York (formerly known as Rochester), located west of Rochester. The museum houses vintage photographs, relics, and other historical items.

The Genessee River’s magnificent waterfalls, High Falls (48 ft.), is one of the most popular and recognizable falls. It has an outdoor staircase that visitors can access from downtown!

The Lake Ontario State Parkway offers spectacular views of Lake Ontario, just west of the city limits. It’s a great location to watch boats docked in the marina while watching Rochester’s skyline.
