Rochester and Webster, New York, are two neighboring municipalities in Monroe County, New York. Rochester is the third-largest city in New York state after NYC and Buffalo and is known as The Flower City and World’s Image Center. The city is home to approximately 210,000 people. The city’s namesake was Col. Nathaniel Rochester, a pioneer settler. Webster is a Westchester County town on Lake Ontario with about 28,385 people and refers to Daniel Webster’s statesman father.
